Job Requirements:
1. Major in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, genetic engineering, basic medicine, etc., master's degree or above;
2. Have a deep understanding of the IVD industry, and have in-depth research on various cutting-edge technologies, platforms and methodologies;
3. More than 5 years of research and development work experience in IVD companies, molecular diagnostic research and development management positions are preferred;
4. Have rich experience in the management and task assignment of technical personnel, can quickly take over and quickly develop an excellent R&D team;
5. Excellent teamwork skills, good professional ethics and communication skills;
